Step 1: Select "CSR MGT" and click on "Customer Management."
Step 2: Search for the customer by Company Name (registered business name) or MID.
Step 3: Click on "Details."
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom to find MID, TID, DBA, and Outlet address.
