AllinPay Merchant Void Transaction
Description
A Void Transaction is used to cancel a transaction.
Procedure
STEP 1 - Click on "VOID" at the bottom.
STEP 2 - Select the transaction type (Card / QR).
STEP 3 - Log in with the Manager password.
STEP 4 - Enter Trace No. (found on the paper receipt).
STEP 5 - Verify the transaction details and select OK. A SALE VOID receipt will be printed. This should be done before 23:59h on the day of the transaction (before settlement).
