Procedure
STEP 1 - To check the status of support tickets, go to "Support" and select the specific status (e.g., open, in progress, on hold, closed) that you want to view.
STEP 2 - If you changed the ticket status to "closed", you can locate the closed tickets under the "Closed" section.
