This guide explains how to create a new lead in CRM


Procedure

STEP 1 - Begin by selecting "Leads" from the dashboard.

STEP 2 - Click on the option to create a new lead (e.g., "New Lead").

STEP 3 - Enter the lead's status, which could be "New lead", "Follow-up", or "Demo done".

STEP 4 - Choose the source of the lead, such as "Facebook", "Referral", or "Website".

STEP 5 - Enter the name of the person to whom the lead should be assigned.

STEP 6 - Fill in the lead's details, including contact information, company information, and any other relevant data.

STEP 7 - If necessary, include a description related to the lead.

STEP 8 - Assign a lead score on a scale of 1-10 to indicate the lead's potential or quality. 

STEP 9 - After entering all necessary information, click "Save" to create the new lead in your CRM system.
