This guide explains how to create a new task in CRM


Procedure

STEP 1 - Start by selecting "Tasks" from the Dashboard.

STEP 2 - Click on "New Task" to add a new task.

STEP 3 - Fill in the task details, including the subject, start and due dates, priority, and description (if needed).

STEP 4 - Select assignees and followers for the task. 

STEP 5 - After entering all necessary information, click "Save" to create the task.
