This guide explains how to manage the estimate requests in CRM


Procedure

STEP 1 - To view estimate requests, select "Estimate Request" from the Dashboard.

STEP 2 - Click on the estimate request you want to view.

STEP 3 - In the estimate request view, click "More" to access additional options, such as marking the request as cancelled, processing, or completed.

STEP 4 - To convert the estimate request into an estimate or proposal, select "Convert".
