This guide explains the POS digital ordering flow
Procedure
STEP 1 - Select the table from the POS and choose the number of guests (Pax).
STEP 2 - On the cart page, you can view the "Print QR" option; press "Print QR".
STEP 3 - Scan the QR code, log in with a Singapore phone number, and enter the OTP to complete the login.
STEP 4 - Select the items to order, click on the cart icon, and proceed to check out.
STEP 5 - The kitchen receipt prints with the order for kitchen preparation.
Note: After printing the QR code, the table will change from green to blue in the POS, indicating that the table is reserved. After checkout, the table changes to orange.
STEP 6 - The customer then makes the payment through the cashier, and the table is closed.
