POS Payment Method Change Process

Description

This guide explains how to change the payment method for a completed order in the POS system through the Sale History page


Procedure

STEP 1 - Click the three lines in the top left corner

STEP 2 - Click Sale History.

STEP 3 - Select Date of sale 

STEP 4 - Select the order of payment you want change

STEP 5 - In Right side you have payment method and kindly click on this.

STEP 6 - A popup will appear for payment change.

STEP 7 - Kindly Deselect the payment type and select the correct payment mode.

STEP 8 - Once selected the corrected payment mode will appear on sale history page.
