Issue
The printer prints two copies of the receipt even though the print quantity is set to one in the setting
Cause
This happens because two USB printers are detected/connected in the POS frontend, which causes the system to send the print command twice.
Workaround – Steps to Fix
Please follow the below steps carefully:
Step 1: Go to the POS Front End Home Screen

Open the POS system.

Navigate to the Home Screen.
Step 2: Open Printer Settings

On the top right corner, click on the Printer icon.
Step 3: Search for Printer

In the printer settings window, locate the Search Printer option.

Click on Search Printer.
Step 4: Wait for Printer List to Refresh

The system will scan and display the list of available printers.

This will automatically sort and show the currently connected printer only .
Step 5: Verify Only One Printer is Active

Ensure that only one USB printer is selected and connected.

If duplicate printers were shown earlier, this step will correct it.
Expected Result

The system will recognize only the correct printer.

Printing will work normally.

The receipt will print only one copy, as per the settings.
Summary
If duplicate USB printers are displayed, use the Search Printer option from the printer icon on the home screen to refresh and select the correct printer. This resolves the issue of printing duplicate copies.
