Setting up table commission

Pre-requisites

  1. Ensure an Administrator user is operating these steps.
  2. Obtain login to POS backend, https://alpha.warelypos.com/

Creating Commission Group

1. GO TO SETTINGS > COMMISSION GROUP
2. ENSURE THAT THE TABLE COMMISSION IS CHECKED
3. CREATE A COMMISSION GROUP
4. KEY IN THE NECCESSARY INFORMATION
5. ENSURE THAT ALL RELEVANT CATEGORIES ARE SELECTED
-- IF ALL IS APPLICABLE PLEASE INCLUDE ALL

Create user with commission defined

1. GO TO USERS > USER MANAGEMENT
2. CLICK ON THE ADD USER BUTTON
3. FILL IN THE NECESSARY INFORMATION
4. PROVIDE LOGIN INFORMATION, PIN, ROLE AND THE APPLICABLE LOCATION
5. IN THE SALES SECTION, ENSURE THE RELEVANT COMMISSION GROUP IS SELECTED
6. APPLY OTHER NECCESSARY INFORMATION AND PROCEED TO CREATE THE USER

IN THE POS/RELEVANT TERMINAL INTERFACE

1.IMAGINE A WAITER/WAITRESS (WAITER) IS ACTIVATING A TABLE
2. THE WAITER WILL BE PROMPED TO SELECT A COMMISSION SALES USER
3. LOCATE THE DESIGNATED SALES USER
4. NOTE THAT THERE IS REFERENCE WHERE THE TABLE IS UNDER THE SALES PERSON
5. PERFORM THE NECESSARY SALES
6. UNTIL THE TABLE/SALES IS CLOSED 

View Report for Commission Earned

1. IN THE BACKEND
2. GO TO REPORTS > USER COMMISSION REPORT
3. PERFORM THE NECCESARY FILTERING
4. WAIT FOR THE REPORT TO BE GENERATED
5. THE REPORT GENERATED CAN BE EXPORTED FOR FURTHER USE TOO
