STEP 1 - Login to your POS admin backend.

STEP 2 - Navigate to: CRM > Memberships > Customer membership > Add

STEP 3 - Under Earning Settings, configure the following:

  • Targeted amount to activate Tier ($):
    Enter the minimum total spend required to unlock this tier.
  • Minimum 'Earnable Points' per order (pts):
    Set the minimum number of points earned per order. (e.g., 1)
  • Need 'Amount' for 1 Point ($):
    Define how much a customer needs to spend to earn 1 point. (e.g., $1 = 1 point)
  • Minimum 'Number of Orders' to Earn Reward:
    Minimum number of orders required to start earning rewards. (e.g., 0)
  • Maximum Points Per Order (pts):
    Set the upper limit of points per order. (e.g., 1000000000000)
  • Minimum 'Order Amount' to Earn Reward (in single order):
    Define the minimum order value needed to earn reward points. (e.g., 1)
