To Add Tax Rates

Step 1:  From the Dashboard, select "Settings”.

Step 2: select the "Tax Rate" option. This should lead you to the tax rate management section

Step 3: After entering the tax rate management section, click on the "Add" option to create a new tax rate.

Step 4: In the tax rate creation form, provide the specific "Business Location" where this tax rate applies

Step 5: Next, enter the "Business Name" for which you are setting the tax rate. This ensures that the tax rate is associated with the correct business entity

Step 6: Enter the desired "Tax Rate" in the designated field. This is the percentage at which the tax will be applied to transactions

Step 7: If your tax rate is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), there may be a checkbox to indicate this. Make sure to select this option if it applies to your business.

Step 8: If your tax rate is inclusive of Services Tax, there may be a checkbox to indicate this. Make sure to select this option if it applies to your business.

Step 9: After entering all the necessary details, click the "Save" button to save the configured tax rate.
