Cashier Common Issue
1. Unable to install the cash drawer
2. The cashier drawer did not pop out
3. The key cannot be inserted into the keyhole of the cashier box
4. Excessive coins and leaving the cash drawer open for too long may cause it to warp
5. The cashier drawer cable (RJ-11) is loose or plugged into the wrong device
Solution
1. Teach customers how to properly place (vid & step)
2. Check both sides of the cash drawer for any foreign objects that may be causing it to get stuck and inspect the springs on both sides to ensure they retain their elasticity
3. Check the keyhole for any foreign objects or verify that the key is the correct key for the cash drawer.
4. Distribute evenly among the remaining empty squares and check if any coins have fallen into the gaps
5. Check if the RJ 11 is loose and reconnect it securely. Also, if it’s connected to the wrong port. Please connect the RJ11 to the correct one.
