POS Common Issue

   1.       Screen flickering / black screen, unresponsive or erratic touch input

   2.       POS system performance degradation resulting in slow order processing, delayed responses, or complete system freeze.

   3.       Software launch failure or unexpected application crash.

   4.       Network connectivity failure resulting in Wi-Fi disconnection, LAN connection issues

   5.       Order data loss or display issues resulting in missing orders and incorrect transaction amount calculations.

   6.       Unable to log in to the POS system because of invalid credentials

Solution

   1.       Power off the device, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. Try a different power outlet. Check if any cables are loose and securely reconnect them.

   2.       Restart the device immediately. Close any unnecessary background programs.

   3.        Restart the device, clear application cache, reinstall the application

   4.       Restart the POS. Restart the router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Check if the LAN cable is loose and securely reconnect it.

   5.       Check whether the network connection is stable and ensure Wi-Fi or LAN is working properly. Restart the POS device and the application. Verify the system date, time, and staff account permissions. Check the backend order records to confirm if there are any unsynced or abnormal orders. If the issue persists, contact technical support for further investigation and resolution.

   6.       Check the letter case and input method. If the issue persists, reset the password
