Deployment Preparation before installation.
NOTE: AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE ISSUED IF THE SECOND ONSITE INSTALLATION VISIT IS REQUESTED.
Kindly prepare the following to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Kindly ensure that you have ample space to install your POS system.
- Kindly confirm that you have available plug points/power outlets.
- Kindly ensure that you have LAN cables prepared to connect the printer (if you have 2 or more printers.) .
- Kindly ensure that the internet is available at your store / outlet.
Note: LAN cables are required if you are using two or more printers. One printer will be connected via USB, and the second printer will connect via LAN through the router. Please ensure that the LAN cable is long enough as maybe the kitchen is located further.
DISCLAIMER: PLEASE TAKE NOTE ON FAILURE TO MEET ABOVE REQUIREMENT MIGHT CAUSE POSTPONED ON INSTALLATION AND IF OUR TEAM IS ALREADY ONSITE, AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE ISSUED FOR A SECOND WALK IN INSTALLATION.
