POS Deployment Preparation Checklist
To ensure a smooth and successful onsite installation of your POS system, please review and prepare the following requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our team aims to complete the installation in a single visit. Please be advised that incomplete site preparation may lead to delay or postponement of the installation; and EXTRA CHARGE will be issued if a second onsite visit is required.
- Physical Space & Power
- Ample Space: Ensure there is a cleared counter or designated area ready for the POS system installation.
- Power Outlets: Confirm that there are sufficient available plug points/power outlets near the installation area.
2. Connectivity & Internet
- Internet Access: Verify that a stable internet connection is active and available at your store/outlet.
- Network Setup: If you are using two or more printers, please prepare a LAN cable,
- Note: The first printer connects via USB. Any additional printer (e.g., in the kitchen) must connect via LAN to your rotuer.
- Note: Please ensure the LAN cable is long enough to reach the intended printer location.
