As mentioned before, Importing products is a crucial part in configuring the POS menu. Then what if i have more than 10 products to upload to the backend and the POS? We have a function called Bulk Import Products, where we provide an Excel forms for customers to write down the products, and bulk import into the system's backend and POS.
Above as attached is the page to bulk import products. Where customers can access at Products > Import Products. After that, you will be able to see the "Download Template File" as in a green download icon button. Kindly click on it and it will download a template file for you.
After downloading the template file, customer will be able to access this excel file. After opening the file, customer will be able to edit the items inside such as NAME, CATEGORY etc. Customers can put the product name, Category, Price, Unit. And when they perform an bulk Import, the backend system will automatically create the Category, names that has been written in the file.
After finish importing the menu to the excel file, its time to bulk import the menu to the backend. By just an easy way. Go to the same place, Products > Import products. Inside, you will see the option to "Download template file" and "Choose File". Select the "Choose File" and choose the excel file that you just finished listing the menu. Then, click on "Submit". Then, the menu will be imported successfully.
Required columns to pay attention to:

Purchase Price or Selling Price
All other columns are optional and only needed if you want extra details like variations, stock, images, or descriptions.

我们提供了一个名为 “Bulk Import Products（批量导入产品）” 的功能。我们会提供一个 Excel 模板文件，让客户填写产品资料，并批量导入到系统后台以及 POS 系统中。
以上附图展示的是批量导入产品（Bulk Import Products）的页面。
客户可以通过以下路径进入：
Products > Import Products
进入后，您将看到一个绿色下载图标按钮，名称为 “Download Template File”。
请点击该按钮，系统将会下载一个模板文件给您。
下载模板文件后，客户即可打开该 Excel 文件。
打开后，客户可以编辑文件中的内容，例如：
- NAME（产品名称）
- CATEGORY（分类）
- PRICE（价格）
- UNIT（单位）
客户可以填写产品名称、分类、价格以及单位等信息。
当客户执行批量导入（Bulk Import）时，后台系统将会自动创建 Excel 文件中所填写的分类（Category）以及产品名称。
完成 Excel 菜单内容填写后，就可以开始将菜单批量导入到后台系统中。
操作方式非常简单：
再次进入：
Products > Import Products
进入后，您将看到以下选项：
- Download Template File
- Choose File
点击 “Choose File”，并选择刚刚完成填写菜单的 Excel 文件。
之后，点击 “Submit”。
完成后，菜单将会成功导入系统。
需要特别注意的必填栏位：
- Product Name（产品名称）
- Unit（单位）
- Manage Stock（库存管理）
- 1 = 是（Yes）
- 0 = 否（No）
- Selling Price Tax Type（销售价格税务类型）
- Product Type（产品类型，通常填写 single）
- Purchase Price（采购价格）或 Selling Price（销售价格）
其他栏位：
其余所有栏位皆为可选（Optional），只有在您需要额外信息时才需要填写，例如：
- Variations（产品变体）
- Stock（库存）
- Images（图片）
- Descriptions（描述）
